While not an actual Career Tech program, Jobs for Alabama’s Graduates (JAG) provides specialized support for students who are up against barriers that may limit them from reaching graduation and career goals. Students receive support from the JAG Specialist who provides both group and individualized instruction to help students earn their high school diploma, find a quality job, and/or pursue post-secondary education. The JAG program uses early intervention including classroom instruction, employability skills development (resumes, soft skills, interview skills), counseling, and job placement services.
